As a contractor for the Managed Service Team, I started off with process improvement tasks followed by the mitigating vulnerabilities across the Linux server fleets for the team. I also ensured web server traffic were secured with SSL certificates and championed their management. Deployed Linux Citrix Virtual Desktop (VDI), for use with client and engineers, allowing for a secure managed customizable controlled desktop experience for use by diverse team each with unique use cases. I collaborated with teammates on time sensitive projects such as migrations and maintenance activities. On becoming a permanent employee, I took on larger unsupervised projects taking on tasks previously handled by current teammates.
